Easy to understand and enjoyable

Pleasantly surprised. The instructions are in English but the device is easy to understand: press the on/off button for 3 seconds to turn it on/off. When the mask is on, press once to change color, the last mode before returning to red alternates through all colors. I tested the red light, I think the program lasts about 15 minutes. It barely heats up, no risk of burns.
